Our way of welcoming everyone who decided to join our group.

2023 was a challenging and very rewarding year in attracting and retaining new talent.
Over the course of 12 years, we welcomed 656 new Employees and interns who joined the teams at our hotels in Portugal!

Several welcome sessions that sought to enhance commitment, pride and passion in being part of this group, because we believe that successful integration is key to improving satisfaction and ensuring the success of our teams.

In these sessions, new talents learned more about the MINOR HOTELS Group – Culture, Strategy, Values, Employee Benefits and details about the Hotels where they will work.

The feedback could not have been more positive and we believe that acculturation is the basis of individual and corporate success and growth.
