7 Days, 7 Cities – Touring the Country in Search of New Talents
In a year marking the 90th anniversary of the Tivoli brand and the inauguration of its first All-Inclusive Resort in Portugal, the Tivoli Alvor Algarve Resort, the Human Resources team from Portugal embarked on a unique journey. They traveled across the country in a ‘Pão de Forma Street Coffee’ van, scouting for new talents during the 3rd edition of the Tivoli Talent Tour Recruitment.
From January 16th to 22nd, they visited 7 cities across Portugal, extending the tour to include the 1st Edition of the Algarve Employability Fair, held at the Algarve Congress Center in Vilamoura on February 16th. This tour offered an informal approach to recruitment, focusing on sharing stories, moments, and experiences. It targeted individuals passionate about hospitality and seeking new professional opportunities.
The cities of Lisbon, Coimbra, Viseu, Guarda (Seia), Castelo Branco, Portalegre, Portimão, and Vilamoura were the chosen stops for the Tivoli Talent Tour. This itinerant recruitment initiative promoted over 500 job and internship opportunities in various hotels of the group, including part-time, full-time, summer jobs, internships, and permanent positions.
