From February 3rd to 16th, the Tivoli Talent Tour is back, traveling across Portugal from north to south, searching for talents like you. We want to meet you, learn about your journey, your professional ambitions, and show you our group, our hotels, and everything we have to offer.
With over 500 job and internship opportunities available, including around 350 in the Algarve region (part-time, full-time, summer jobs, and permanent roles), we offer attractive career and internship plans to help you grow with us.
This could be your opportunity to start a successful career with one of the largest International Hospitality Groups, join one of the existing teams, or become part of the reopening team at the Tivoli Alvor Algarve Resort, scheduled to open on March 28, 2025.

How to Participate 1. Hop on our TUK-TUK at one of the Tivoli Talent Tour stops.
2. Tell us about your dream job and dress the part.
3. Choose the right accessories, take a photo next to the TUK-TUK, and showcase your creativity!
4. Follow us on Instagram at www.instagram.com/talentatminoreuam.
5. Share your photo on your Instagram profile using the hashtag #tivolitalenttour, tag our page @talentatminoreuam, and mention at least 3 friends in the comments. (there is no limit to the number of shares)
Prize: The 3 winners, chosen at random, will receive a voucher for 1 night’s accommodation for 2 people, including breakfast, at one of our hotels in the Algarve.
