THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER WAS DEDICATED TO INTERNS
From September 18th to 22nd, we thanked and recognized all interns for their dedication,
cooperation, and commitment during their time with our group and/or our hotels.
We organized daily activities, facilitated by the Human Resources team of each hotel and the
Central Services, and in some activities, all teams from different departments were invited to
participate.
Recognition Placards “YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO US” where all teams were invited to leave
messages of thanks/motivation to our interns.
A fun Scavenger Hunt “DO YOU REALLY KNOW OUR HOTEL AND OUR GROUP” across the hotels and/or Central Services where they could interact with different teams and test their knowledge about our Group.
An online Workshop “THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING – WE HELP YOU TO MOVE FORWARD IN YOUR CAREER” with tips on how to prepare a resume and how to prepare for future interviews.
A Webinar on “PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT” presented by our Senior Director of People, Minor Hotels Southern Europe.
And a relaxed moment “LET’S SPEND SOME GOOD MOMENTS TOGETHER” where interns were invited to enjoy breakfast, snacks, a cocktail, with their mentors, Directors, or Human Resources team in one of our outlets.
An annual initiative that aims above all to make interns who choose us for their curricular and/or professional internships feel special and part of the team during their time with us. It helps them remember this first contact/experience with the job market and especially with the hotel industry in a positive way.
