Yes, most of our hotels have a cafeteria for employees, where they can have all their meals during their working days for free. In the case of Central Services or hotels without a cafeteria, a meal allowance is provided on a COVERFLEX card.

Yes, however, each development program has selection criteria that candidates must meet.

A Task Force means providing support to a hotel that needs reinforcements for a limited period of time. Task Forces are occasionally opened at hotels around the world during peak occupancy or hotel openings. These Task Forces are announced to employees, and they can voluntarily apply. During this period, they will be released from their duties at their hotel, and when the Task Force is completed, they return to their regular positions. These are moments of sharing and acquiring multicultural knowledge.
